$120k - $180k DOE + Bonus

- Performing take-offs, creating estimates and submitting proposals for work requested by General Contractors
- Learn and keep up to date with various waterproofing systems, their application and the costs associated
- Reporting directly to the VP and working with other estimators, you will be relaying information between the field, office and clients throughout the bid process
- 5+ years in estimation for commercial waterproofing, restoration, masonry or construction
- Driving license with ability to be insured on company vehicle
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Heavy Bid or EDGE
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints
