We are seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join a Primary Care team at a locally owned, not-for-profit health system serving over 600,000 residents across nine counties in southern Oregon and northern California. It is the region's largest and most comprehensive health care provider.
About the Opportunity:
- We offer flexible scheduling (option for four-day work week), and there is no inpatient work required
- Year one:
Base salary of $300,000 with value-based incentives up to 10% - $60,000 signing bonus, up to $15,000 relocation assistance, $5,000 annual CME allowance
- Location qualifies for state & federal student loan repayment (Primary Care Loan Forgiveness
- Paid time off - 30 days (six total weeks) per year
