Position: Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Family Medicine or Internal Medicine opening in Oregon Located in Ashland, ORFull-Time & Permanent

• Flexible schedule;
  Four 10 hour days (8 hours seeing patients/2 hours for charts) or five 8 hour days, Monday thru Friday
• No inpatient work required.
• Four year service commitment specifically tied to the sign on bonus and relocation.
• 72 patient per week via clinical encounters

• Epic EMR
• $300,000 1 year base
• 60K Sign on Bonus
• Up to $15,000 relocation assistance
• Up to $5,000 annual CME allowance
• 240 hours authorized time off
• $50.20/wRVU in excess of 6,000 Annual Productive Bonus
• Locations qualify for state & federal student loan repayment (Primary Care Loan Forgiveness - )
• 9 county service area (625,000)
