Columbia Care Services is seeking an On Call Supportive Housing Associate in the Southern Oregon area (Medford & Ashland). You will motivate adults with serious mental illness to participate in skills training and treatment activities, assist with housing and health care and manage medications.
The role requires crisis de-escalation training, teamwork on a direct care unit, and ability to work varied shifts including overnight sleep-on-site with a $75 nightly bonus when sleeping on-site.
