We seek a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Food Production Associate.

What You’ll Do:
  • Work with Purpose – Handle key production tasks, including receiving, inspecting, blending, sorting, dehydrating, and packaging food products.
  • Drive Quality – Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards
    , ensuring every product meets our rigorous quality controls.
  • Stay Active & Strong – Move raw and processed materials, transport goods using a pallet jack, and lift containers weighing up to 50 lbs
    .
  • Be a Team Player – Rotate through different production tasks as part of a cross-trained team, gaining experience in multiple areas.
  • Think Safety First – Follow best practices for food handling, equipment operation, and workplace safety
    .
  • Help Improve Processes – Bring ideas for efficiency and quality improvements

What We’re Looking For:
  • A team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions while staying focused on quality and safety
    .
  • Capable of lifting and maneuvering up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods.
  • Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or warehouse operations is a plus, but we’re willing to train motivated individuals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
