Landscape Maintenance Laborer (1698978) $16-18 / hour DOE

• Join an all-phase landscaping business that also specializes in detailed yard maintenance.
• You’re never stuck doing the same thing; landscape projects are diverse and creative!
• Collaborate with a professional team to create beautiful natural spaces in the Rogue Valley.

• Assist with landscape installation projects, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers.
• Operate landscaping tools and equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers.
• Maintain lawns, gardens, and other outdoor spaces through mowing, watering, fertilizing, pruning, and weed control.
• Assist with the installation of outdoor structures like retaining walls, patios, and irrigation systems.
• Install sod, mulch, and other ground covers.
• Load and unload tools, plants, and materials.

• Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required.
• Must be comfortable working with some lifting up to 50lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and machinery is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass DMV records check to be able to drive company vehicle is highly desirable.
