We’re looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Receiving & Fulfillment Specialist to play a critical role in our ingredient receiving, warehouse organization, and product fulfillment operations
.

If you enjoy hands-on work, keeping things organized, and ensuring shipments go out accurately and on time
, this is the perfect role for you!

• Ingredient Receiving & Inventory Management – Accept incoming shipments,
  verify ingredient quality
  , and accurately record lot numbers and expiration dates
  .
• Warehouse Organization – Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards.
• Order Fulfillment & Shipping – Pick, pack, and ship finished products to customers and distributors
  .
• Quality Control & Documentation – Maintain accurate inventory records, shipping logs, and batch tracking data
  .
• Heavy Lifting & Physical Work – Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly and operate material handling equipment as needed including forklifts.
• Safety & Compliance – Follow all food safety, sanitation, and warehouse safety guidelines
  .

• Attention to Detail – Accuracy in tracking lot numbers, expiration dates, and shipments
  .
• Strong Organizational Skills – Ability to maintain an efficient and well-organized warehouse
  .
• Physical Stamina – Comfortable lifting 50 lbs repeatedly and working in a fast-paced environment
  .
• Experience in Receiving or Fulfillment – Prior warehouse, logistics, or food production experience is a plus, but not required

• Commitment to Safety & Cleanliness – Understanding of food safety practices, proper handling procedures, and warehouse safety regulations
  .
• Basic Computer Skills – Ability to use inventory management software and shipping platforms to track orders and ingredient intake.
