LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant in Ashland, VA. This is a contract to hire opportunity for a growing and fast paced company.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare routine correspondence
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Answer incoming phone calls and transfer when necessary
  • Provide general administrative support to the office and assist team members when needed
  • Assist with payroll as needed
  • Update and maintain records and files
Skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to pick up on new technology quickly
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must possess wonderful organizational skills
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Quick Books experience preferred but not required
