Reports To: Regional Manager

We're looking for a Project Executive to lead bids ranging from $1M to $50M+ and manage key construction projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary client contact and ensure successful project delivery.
• Review contracts, plans, and specifications, ensuring a thorough understanding of each project.
• Coordinate tasks with superintendents, estimators, engineers, and owners to maintain smooth project flow.
• Develop project schedules, submittal logs, and requisitions, and secure necessary permits and insurance.
• Manage project budgets, cash flow, and financial aspects, including invoicing and subcontractor payments.
• Lead progress meetings, address scope changes, and oversee the completion process.
• Drive safety, efficiency, and high-quality execution across all projects.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred).
• 5+ years of Experience in Heavy Civil Construction and Construction Supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; OSHA 30-hour training preferred.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
