• Create, design and implement lesson plans.
• Manage your students as they learn, play, eat and sleep.
• Keep your classroom organized and clean.

• Communicate with parents daily, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through mobile apps and personal conversations.

• CDA or ECE certificate, associate’s or bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field, or equivalent coursework.
• Minimum of 1-year field-related experience.
• Flexibility to work hours based on school and program needs.
• Successful background check and VA licensing standards required.
