3-5 years in manufacturing reliability/maintenance Role:
Reliability Engineer Join a global paper manufacturing leader as a Reliability Engineer where you’ll drive equipment reliability and performance improvements. You’ll lead breakdown elimination efforts, develop maintenance strategies, and implement continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- ✅ Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field (experience considered)
- ✅ 3 years in maintenance, reliability, or manufacturing engineering
- ✅ Experience in paper industry highly desirable
- ✅ Knowledge of pulping equipment and processes preferred
- ✅ Expertise in maintenance processes and reliability principles
- ✅ Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- ✅ Familiarity with Lean Production Systems
- ✅ Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
- ✅ Competitive salary $90,000 – $110,000 annually
