As an Industrial Process Engineer at our Virginia Manufacturing Facility, you will take ownership of high-stakes projects from day one. You will be a key part of our engineering team and grow your skills while working collaboratively to design processes for high-volume manufacturability. • Generate detailed designs for review
• Develop and implement changes to the layout of operations for improved efficiency
• Conduct analysis through prototyping, testing and qualification
• Ensure designs are suited for high-volume manufacturability
• Leverage time studies and process simulation to define, measure and validate performance improvements to the production line
• Design and implement changes to the warehouse, shipping and receiving layout to improve safety, quality and efficiency of motion
• Design and implement new equipment to enhance safety of operations through improvements in ergonomics and management of powered industrial equipment and human interaction
• Engage with teams across the facility to identify areas of process improvement and select tools to improve performance
• Create key performance indicators to measure the performance of processes

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned
• Experience with Creo 3D CAD Modeling or equivalent preferred
• Experience with CAD layout management software such as AutoCAD preferred
• Experience working on tooling and processes for warehousing operations is a benefit
• 0–3 years’ experience in a related field
• Willingness to travel to other facilities and vendors
• Authorized to work in the U.S.;
