• Live the purpose by following all company SOPs at each workstation to help pharmacists manage and improve patient health.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each pharmacy workstation (production, pick‑up, drive‑thru, drop‑off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care at pick‑up, drive‑thru, and over the phone, and by offering immunizations and other services at the register and over the phone.
• Complete basic inventory activities, including putting away medication deliveries, cycle counts, returns‑to‑stocks, waiting bin inventories, and other legal inventory tasks as directed by pharmacy leadership.
• Contribute to a high‑performing team by embracing a growth mindset, seeking feedback, and expanding clinical and technical knowledge.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and business needs, including voluntary traveling to other stores or offsite clinics as required.
• Understand and comply with all relevant federal, state, and local laws, regulations, professional standards, and ethical principles, including controlled substance dispensing, record‑keeping, and patient privacy.
• Deliver additional patient health care services (e.g., point‑of‑care testing, voluntary offsite clinic staffing) where allowable by law and supported by training and certification.
• Support immunizations by obtaining Technician Immunizer status, educating patients about vaccines, monitoring for adverse reactions, and managing vaccine supplies.

• State board of pharmacy compliance, including any minimum age, education, and licensure/certification requirements.
• At least 16 years of age if the board does not mandate a minimum age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or active enrollment in high school or an equivalent program if the board does not mandate a minimum educational requirement.
• State‑level licensure and national certification as required by state.
• Complete a rigorous company training program and satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements before full duties.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within the designated timeframe.

• 1–3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Prior experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
• Ability to work across locations to meet business needs.

$16.00 – $25.00 per hour (base rate).
