Job Title: CNC Press Brake Operator

Pay Range: $24 – $28 per hour (based on experience)
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join our team in Ashland, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general sheet metal work and CNC programming, along with the ability to read and interpret shop drawings and perform high-precision fabrication tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Operate CNC press brake machines to bend sheet metal parts per specifications
- Read and interpret detailed shop drawings and blueprints
- Select and install appropriate punch and die sets
- Calculate bend lines and apply bend allowances accurately
- Work with a wide variety of materials and thicknesses
- Use precision measuring instruments to inspect parts
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
