Maintenance Mechanic

• Starting salary range for Maintenance Mechanic $32.20/hr to $40.36/hr with room to grow as you progress in your career!
• Schedule:
  
  Day shift or 12 hour rotating (Must be available for either schedule and overtime as needed)

• Operate on basic precision manual machine tools such as:
  Vertical Milling Machine, Engine Lathe, Hydraulic Press, Key Broach
• Operate hoisting and lifting devices, such as cranes, jacks and tractors, to position machinery and parts during the installation, set-up and repair of machinery
• Experience with precision measuring tools
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble industrial components
• Follow the precision guidelines and standards to install and replace various styles of bearings, bushings, and slides.
• Pump repair and rebuilds with precision alignments
• Assemble machinery and equipment prior to installation by using hand and power tools and welding equipment
• Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and find irregularities and malfunctions

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging environment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic.
• Ability to understand and work efficiently with maintenance parts software.
• Able to maintain consistent attendance, positive attitude, and initiative.
• Team-oriented, with a strong desire to support and mentor junior mechanics or apprentices in developing their technical skills.
