As an Emergency Room RN, you will provide care for patients requiring emergency attention due to illness or trauma. A critical part of the role is performing a focused assessment of each patient and triaging them appropriately. ER nurses must recognize and treat life‑threatening conditions, working as part of a close‑knit team in a fast‑paced environment.
