The Front of House or guest-facing team consistently delivers great food in a safe and clean environment with both speed and accuracy while offering excellent and genuine hospitality. Front of House team members should work all scheduled shifts, where they are trained in a variety of areas within the business to be able to work in a variety of positions.

Front of House positions include order taking, handling money, working in the drive-thru, caring for guests in the dining room.
