Breakfast Attendant

Position Overview

Breakfast Attendants assemble and disassemble breakfast buffets, ensuring that the buffet remains well-stocked at all times. In full-service establishments, they receive orders from customers, communicate these to the kitchen staff, and clear tables.

• Provide personalized service to all guests
• Set up and maintain the breakfast bar as required by brand standards
• Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day
• Prepare foods such as fresh fruit, coffee, and juices from concentration
• Arrange cold food such as pastries, cereals, etc.
• Clear and clean tables as they are vacated
• Prepare and set up hot food items
• Restock items consistently throughout breakfast hours and for the next day
• Wash serving equipment and return to storage
• Other duties assigned by management

Base pay range: $15.00/hr – $16.00/hr
