Responsible for serving quality food and beverages to our guests in a friendly and helpful manner in accordance with Parkhurst standards and procedures under strict sanitary conditions.

• Brew Barista coffee along with flavor of the day coffee.
• Make specialty drinks to order, following all Parkhurst recipes.
• Price and stock all grab and go items.
• Adhere to all cash handling procedures.
• Stock coffee bean bins and keep them full at all times.
• Interact with our guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Display merchandise area using Barista signage and other approved materials.
• Follow cleaning schedule as provided by management, using “clean as you go” techniques.
• Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed.
• Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.
• Follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards, using Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
• Assist fellow team members at every opportunity.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

NOTE: The cashier job description should also be distributed to all baristas.
