Automotive Sales Consultant – Sheehy Auto Stores

No experience necessary. Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
- Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
- Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
- Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
- Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
- Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons
- Customer service and/or sales experience in any industry is welcomed—excellent training is provided
- Be ambitious, energetic, goal‑oriented and motivated to succeed
- Excellent communication, customer service, and follow‑up skills
- Have a coachable, positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
- Outgoing people person passionate about sales and helping clientele
- Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the USA with a valid driver’s license
- Able to pass pre‑employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
- $60,000 to $100,000+ annual earning potential
- Bi‑weekly salary plus monthly commission
