Join the team at General RV Center and help families create lifelong memories through RV ownership. As a Sales Representative you’ll introduce customers to the freedom and adventure of the RV lifestyle, build lasting relationships, and drive successful sales.

• Manage the sales process from initial consultation through closing, including product selection, negotiation, and finalizing the sale.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
• Conduct daily follow-up with new, existing, and prospective leads through the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the financial services team to coordinate financing and delivery.
• Establish relationships quickly while earning trust through expert knowledge and unparalleled customer service.
• Maintain a positive, hard‑working attitude and a passion for the RV lifestyle.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.

Competitive candidates will have retail experience in Automotive, Powersports, or the RV industry. Strong communication, competitiveness, hustle, attitude, and passion for RVing are essential.

General RV Center offers industry‑leading sales training, ongoing manufacturer product training, bonus programs, and the reputation of a leading RV dealer. Our top performers earn over $200,000 annually, and first‑year representatives typically make between $50,000 and $80,000.
