Full‑time, on‑site position located in Ashland, VA. The ECommerce Sales Specialist will manage customer interactions, assist with inquiries, and actively promote TSRC’s eCommerce offerings.

• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Execute sales strategies.
• Provide training and support for customers using TSRC’s eCommerce platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the online shopping experience.
• Improve client satisfaction and drive customer engagement.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in sales and sales management with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Training experience guiding clients in using eCommerce platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
• Self‑motivated proactive approach to sales with on‑site availability in Ashland, VA.
• Proficiency in eCommerce platforms and basic digital tools (plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
