• Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential settings, ensuring proper functionality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute HVAC installations according to project specifications and industry standards.
• Measure and cut materials to fit installation requirements, including ductwork, piping, and electrical components.
• Connect HVAC systems to existing ductwork, wiring, and control systems, ensuring proper operation and adherence to safety regulations.
• Test installed HVAC systems to verify functionality, troubleshoot any issues, and make adjustments as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining system operation, and offering maintenance tips.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Complete installation documentation accurately and promptly, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment inventory.

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of HVAC vocational training program preferred.
• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to HVAC installation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Proficient with hand and power tools commonly used in HVAC installation and repair.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid Driver's License – A valid driver's license is required for this role, and company policy requires that all drivers be at least 21 years old.
