As part of our Warehouse Team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service by accurately selecting products ordered by Wegmans stores. Success in this role requires attention to detail, a sharp eye, and teamwork. Apply today and join our team!

What will I do?
  • Build pallets safely and efficiently, minimizing product damage and maximizing trailer space.
  • Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and Vocollect devices safely.
  • Perform order audits to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain knowledge of quality standards and product specifications.
  • Report daily quality issues to management using reports and other communication methods.
  • Maintain the cold chain for temperature-sensitive loads.
  • Work in cold environments and lift weights averaging 20-25 pounds, with occasional lifts over 50 pounds.
    • Preferred Experience:
    • Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, and Vocollect systems.

    Note:

    Frozen positions earn an extra $2.00/hour.
