HVAC Installation Technician

A detail-oriented Service Plumber is sought to troubleshoot plumbing malfunctions and maintain HVAC systems. The role involves installing, inspecting, and repairing HVAC equipment, ducts, fittings, and controls while staying within budgeted labor hours.

• Diagnose plumbing and HVAC malfunctions.
• Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, fittings, and controls per contract and budgeted labor hours.
• Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems and perform preventive maintenance.
• Prepare equipment, tools, and materials each job; review job details with manager or comfort consultant.
• Identify and request needed corrections of equipment and materials.
• Complete installations according to code, manufacturer instructions, and job folder notes.
• Maintain quality jobs on or below budgeted labor hours.
• Start and check equipment for correct operation.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide operation instructions; collect payment as necessary.
• Complete daily paperwork and record all hours and materials used.
• Clean entire work area, leaving no trash or debris.
• Assist with maintenance, service, and repair as needed.
• Maintain the company vehicle’s cleanliness, organization, and maintenance.

• CFC universal certification.
• Valid current driver’s license and a clean criminal record as required by state laws.
• Pass non‑regulated drug screening.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs.
• Two years or more experience in the HVAC trade.
• Demonstrated journeyman‑level repair work.
• Ability to braze, solder, and read schematics.
• Standard technician tools.
• NATE certification preferred.
• Professional appearance.

• Pay: $20.00 – $35.00 per hour
• Full‑time, 8‑hour shift, Monday to Friday with overtime.
