Experienced Traffic Control Flaggers as Crew Leader Candidates to help protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians in active work zones

What You’ll Do

As an Experienced Traffic Control Flagger - Crew Leader Candidate, you will:

• Set up and maintain safe, compliant work zones
• Control traffic flow and ensure public safety
• Support crew leaders with setup, client communication, and field reporting
• Mentor new crew members and help drive site efficiency

This is an essential role that directly contributes to public safety and infrastructure development.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Meet Accelerated Training Requirement for 1st 7 days of employment
  • Attend Training 10/26-11/2
  • Saturday required in 1st week of employment
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver’s license
  • Employees must be able to have reliable transportation to mandatory training
• Satisfactory driving record that meets company vehicle driving requirements
  • Verified through a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review
• Approved Traffic Control Flagging Certification (ATSSA, State Certificate, etc.) Preferred
• Physical endurance – Ability to stand for 8-12 hours, walk 1-2 miles per day, lift up to 30-50lbs, and work outdoors in various conditions
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability
• Obtain steel-toe or composite-toe boots that lace above the ankles and are at least 6″ in height.
• Approved two-way radios
