1st Shift/Weekday Shift– The role is based in our Ashland, Virginia Distribution Center. The schedule for the role is Monday-Friday – 7:00am – 3:30pm. (Plus OT)

The starting wage is $16 per hour.

• Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM or Mon-Thu, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM Interviews held Tuesdays, 10:00 AM-12:00 PM

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Report issues to the Operations Manager or Lead and support process improvement efforts.
• Safely perform warehouse tasks while meeting safety, quality, productivity, and attendance standards.
• Complete duties such as loading, unloading, put-away, picking, packing, replenishment, and shipping.
• Follow company policies, procedures, OSHA requirements, and all applicable regulations.

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• Able to operate held RF scanner or other devices associated with Warehouse Management System
• Able to meet safety, quality, productivity and attendance requirements
  
  Able to lift up to 25-50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, lift, stack, push, and pull throughout the shift
• Able to communicate in English
• Able to work in a fast pace environment
• Able to work in a team environment
• Able and willing to work overtime when required
