Licensed Practical Nurse - Full-Time/Part-Time/Casual All Shifts

Join the North Shore Health family as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and provide compassionate care to our residents in a dynamic post‑acute environment.

Under the supervision of the RN Unit Manager or Director of Nursing, an LPN delivers patient care, supports RN teams, and ensures a safe, comforting environment for residents and families.

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with the resident’s plan of care.
• Coordinate and evaluate nursing care and collaborate with inter‑disciplinary teams.
• Administer medications, manage feeding pumps, oxygen, and other equipment.
• Calculate drug dosages and maintain accurate medication records.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow Center policies and procedures.
• Supervise nursing assistants and guide residents to meet safety and care goals.
• Perform tasks as defined by the State Nurse Practice Act and Center standards of care.

• Licensed LPN in the State of Wisconsin.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficiency with feeding pumps, oxygen, medication carts, and other clinical supplies.
• Ability to calculate drug dosages accurately.
• Meet all legal health, safety, and licensing requirements.
• Excellent communication skills; able to relate positively to residents, families, staff, and volunteers.
• Basic computer proficiency and aptitude to learn company applications.

Up to $35.50 per hour with shift differentials.

We are willing to offer relocation to qualified candidates.
