Clinical Role:
- Full-time negotiable schedule
- Hospital Based Outpatient/Clinic
- On call 10 days per month
- 50% adult population of patients, 50% geriatric population of patients
- 90% Outpatient/10% Inpatient
- 17-20 Average Number of Office/Clinic Patients Per Day
- 2 Current Urologists in the Group
- Lab onsite
- X-Ray onsite
- Ancillary Office Staff: 2 LPNs, 1 Receptionist
- Equipment: PVR Scanner
- EMR - EPIC
- Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days - contingent on requested information being returned timely
- Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
- Not accepting Locums submissions
- Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates

Organization:
- Salary range: $475,000-$750,000 (including all bonuses) depending upon experience. Market-competitive compensation follows MGMA guidelines (to be discussed at interview).
- Sign on bonus - negotiable
- Relocation allowance
- 3-year contract structure (to be discussed at interview):
  Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)
- $5000 CME credit
