Job Responsibilities:- Manage an average of 17-20 office/clinic patients per day (non-negotiable).
- Utilize the DaVinci surgical robotic system for operations.
- Work within a full-time negotiable schedule.
- Provide care in a hospital-based outpatient/clinic setting.
- Participate in on-call duties for 10 days per month.
- Collaborate with a well-defined referral source from our Employed and Affiliated Primary Care Physicians.
- Serve a patient population that is 50% adult and 50% geriatric.
- Engage in 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient care.
- Work alongside 2 current urologists in the group.
- Access an onsite lab and X-ray facilities.
- Utilize EMR - EPIC for patient records.
- Achieve credentialing within a timeframe of 30-60 days.
- Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate.
- Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology (required).
- Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain).
- BLS and ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience in General Urology and Advanced Techniques, including Laparoscopic Surgeries and Ureteroscopy.
- Proficiency with a range of urologic procedures such as Radical Cystectomy, Nephrectomy, and Prostatectomy.
- Strong patient management skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology.
- OH medical license (must be obtained before starting).
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (or be willing to obtain).
- DEA registration is required prior to employment.
- Copy of the most recent NPDB report within 30 to 60 days active is required.
