Urology Physician

• Manage an average of 17-20 office/clinic patients per day (non-negotiable).
• Utilize the DaVinci surgical robotic system for operations.
• Work within a full-time negotiable schedule.
• Provide care in a hospital-based outpatient/clinic setting.
• Participate in on-call duties for 10 days per month.
• Collaborate with a well-defined referral source from our Employed and Affiliated Primary Care Physicians.
• Serve a patient population that is 50% adult and 50% geriatric.
• Engage in 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient care.
• Work alongside 2 current urologists in the group.
• Access an onsite lab and X-ray facilities.
• Utilize EMR - EPIC for patient records.
• Achieve credentialing within a timeframe of 30-60 days.
• Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate.
• Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates.

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology (required).
• Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain).
• BLS and ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in General Urology and Advanced Techniques, including Laparoscopic Surgeries and Ureteroscopy.
• Proficiency with a range of urologic procedures such as Radical Cystectomy, Nephrectomy, and Prostatectomy.
• Strong patient management skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology.
• OH medical license (must be obtained before starting).
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (or be willing to obtain).
• DEA registration is required prior to employment.
• Copy of the most recent NPDB report within 30 to 60 days active is required.
