At Buckeye PACE, our Registered Dietitians play a crucial role in providing nutrition care and education to Buckeye PACE Participants.
- Evaluate the Participant’s nutritional status, develop and implement nutritional care plans, and assess nutrient requirements.
- Recommend nutritional prescriptions and evaluate the Participant’s tolerance and effectiveness of nutritional care.
- Communicate nutritional data and information to physicians and other health professionals.
