As a Per-Diem Staff Pharmacist
, you'll play a critical role in delivering safe, accurate, and efficient pharmacy services embedded within Generations Behavioral Health Hospital in Geneva, OH
.
This hands‑on position allows you to make a direct impact by:
- Ensuring the accuracy of medication orders
- Verifying technician‑prepared products
- Safeguarding controlled substances
You'll support a high‑performing pharmacy team by mentoring new staff, maintaining smooth daily operations, and assisting the Director in optimizing performance.
This is a supplemental role primarily covering full‑time staff during PTO, leaves of absence, and other coverage needs.
- ACPE‑accredited pharmacy degree
- Active applicable state pharmacist license in good standing
- 1+ years of recent pharmacist experience, (hospital setting preferred)
- Proven skilled with pharmacy systems and Microsoft Office
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $55.00 to $60.00 per hour based on full‑time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
