Must be able to assist all assembly operations, verify, and keep records on all production data. Duties include monitoring production process for any deviation or quality concerns. Associates must maintain a safe work environment, quality product, and high efficiency operations. Approximately 90% of time spent monitoring safety, quality, and production and 10% verifying quality and other paperwork as needed. Associate is a responsible member of plant employees who help maintain company quality standards, safe work environment, and productivity.

• Maintain a safe work environment for all employees.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Report any accidents/incidents immediately to the Assembly Supervisor.
• Report any safety or maintenance issues immediately.
• Maintain high quality production standards.
• Maintain high efficiency production standards.
• Work unbiased with a diverse workforce.
• Communicate with all members of management.
• Complete daily paperwork and responsibilities in a timely manner.
• Train other hourly associates on safe operations of all equipment.
• Train other hourly associates on company quality standards.
• Maintain the overall housekeeping of the assembly plant.
• Report any unsafe conditions or acts to the Assembly Superintendent.
• Follow all SOPs.
• All other duties defined by the Assembly Supervisor.

Additional responsibilities include focusing on safety, quality, and productivity of all operations, working as a team, communicating issues with management, and training other associates on equipment, procedures, and expectations.

• Some lifting will be required (approximately 40 lbs).

Language skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents and communicate effectively. Ability to read and write in English.

Physical demands:
Must stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Some climbing required. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and distant vision.
