Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) - Total Hours per Week:
36 - Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1800-$1840

Adult & Geriatric patients - Unit Size:
15 beds, average daily census of 8
- Active and permanent Ohio RN license or compact state nursing license.
- Minimum 18 months of recent ICU nursing experience.
- Previous charge nurse experience in an ICU setting.
- Proficiency with Epic charting system (Epic EMR experience required).
- Current AHA BLS & ACLS certifications.
- NIH Stroke Scale certification (must be obtained prior to start date).
- Two supervisory references in ICU specialty required.
- Facility is 100% tobacco free.
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill adult and geriatric patients.
- Manage arterial lines, central lines, and ventilated patients in a critical care environment.
- Administer continuous IV sedation and monitor pulmonary artery/Swan Ganz lines.
- Interpret and manage cardiac dysrhythmias.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and Pharmacy.
- Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR.
- Participate in rapid response and emergency situations.
- Support weekend coverage as needed.
