• Active and permanent Ohio RN license or compact state nursing license.
• Minimum 18 months of recent ICU nursing experience.
• Previous charge nurse experience in an ICU setting.
• Proficiency with Epic charting system (Epic EMR experience required).
• Current AHA BLS & ACLS certifications.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification (must be obtained prior to start date).
• Two supervisory references in ICU specialty required.
• Facility is 100% tobacco free.

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill adult and geriatric patients.
• Manage arterial lines, central lines, and ventilated patients in a critical care environment.
• Administer continuous IV sedation and monitor pulmonary artery/Swan Ganz lines.
• Interpret and manage cardiac dysrhythmias.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and Pharmacy.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR.
• Participate in rapid response and emergency situations.
• Support weekend coverage as needed.
