Customer Service Associate

We’re seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register
• Maintain security of cash and company assets
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and replenish stock
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment, maintaining professional interactions
• Maintain store cleanliness, including restrooms, floors, and trash disposal
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail or customer service experience highly preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, stooping, and climbing
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills

This is a part-time position located at 848 Lake Ave, Ashtabula, Ohio , with a pay range of $11.50 to $12.00 per hour. The employment type is part-time, entry-level, in the retail industry.
