Your mission
Guide a production team to produce safely, efficiently, and consistently. Keep quality tight, keep schedules on track, and keep communication clear.

You develop production teams and Assistant Supervisors with feedback, training, and recognition.

You manage staffing plans, schedules, attendance, and daily task flow.

Bring these strengths
Supervisory experience in manufacturing; food production exposure is a plus.
Clear communicator with strong problem-solving chops.
Comfort leading on the floor in a high-velocity environment.
Background in workforce scheduling, staffing, and team development.
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement practices.
High School Diploma or GED required;
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
