Hereford Pay: £12.52 per hour after probation

Shifts:

Part time and full time available

Job Description We are looking for dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join a friendly and supportive residential care home in Hereford for people with complex needs, and are totally dependent, requiring constant one-to-one attention and nursing care. As a HCA, you will provide essential care and support to residents, helping them maintain dignity, comfort, and independence. Responsibilities:

-Deliver personal care to residents
-Assist with washing, dressing, and mobility
-Support with meals, hydration, and daily activities
-Observe and record changes in residents wellbeing
-Work as part of a caring, professional team
-Follow all care plans, policies, and safeguarding procedures Requirements:

-Previous Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker experience is beneficial
-Compassionate, reliable, and patient
-Able to work both day and night
-Good communication skills
