Base pay range: $24.00/hr – $25.00/hr (plus tips).

We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Concierge to join our team. The Concierge will be responsible for assisting guests with various inquiries, making reservations, and providing recommendations to enhance their stay.

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel's amenities and services.
• Assist guests with restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and local attractions.
• Provide recommendations for dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a neat and organized concierge desk and lobby area.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation management software.
