Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, supporting the culinary team in delivering high-quality service;
Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment;
Dispose of kitchen waste and recyclable materials in accordance with hotel policies and environmental regulations;
Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen supplies, including food products, utensils, and cleaning materials.
