Aspen Skiing Company is seeking an in-person Human Resources Manager at the Aspen Highlands HR office to oversee onboarding, compensation, benefits, training and compliance. This role reports to the Director of Human Resources and requires working onsite.
You will lead employee relations, manage leave processes (FMLA/ADA), and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local laws while fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring data accuracy across HR systems. Bonus eligibility applies.
