The Bartender is responsible for crafting elevated beverage experiences while creating a welcoming, high‑energy atmosphere at the bar. You will engage directly with guests, mix thoughtfully executed cocktails, manage bar orders for the dining room, and ensure every moment behind the bar reflects the professionalism and vibrancy that define LoLa 41.

• Deliver polished and enthusiastic hospitality to every guest at the bar
• Mix cocktails with consistency, accuracy, and speed
• Fill drink orders for the dining room while balancing bar guest needs
• Maintain deep menu, wine, and beverage knowledge
• Handle money, POS transactions, and accurate cash management
• Keep the bar fully stocked, clean, and organized at all times
• Ensure a friendly, relaxed, and engaging guest environment
• Uphold all responsible alcohol service standards and safety protocols
• Contribute to a strong team atmosphere and high operational standards

• TIPS certification required (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Minimum 1 year bartending experience in upscale or high‑volume settings preferred
• Ability to work days, weekends, and holidays — required
• Ability to stand for 6 hours per shift and lift/transport supplies as needed
• Strong cocktail knowledge, communication skills, and guest rapport
• Punctual, reliable, and committed to integrity and professionalism
• Basic math proficiency and POS experience
