Thélios is a luxury eyewear company established by the LVMH Group. In addition to designing, producing, and distributing sunglasses and optical frames for prestigious maisons such as Dior, Fendi, Celine, Givenchy, Loewe, Stella McCartney, Kenzo, Berluti, Bulgari, Tag Heuer, and Fred, Thélios owns the proprietary brands Barton Perreira and Vuarnet.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome all clients to ensure they feel comfortable in the environment and educate them about the brand.
• Build and cultivate long‑lasting relationships with both existing and potential clients.
• Meet individual and store sales targets and goals.
• Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process with the end result of improving sales, units sold per transaction, and the dollar value of each transaction.
• Assist in general housekeeping and the maintenance of the store image.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Profile

1+ years of sales experience (eyewear, jewelry, fashion a plus).

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with all partners and clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self‑starter with a positive, entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for eyewear and quality design.
• Genuine passion and advocate of diversity and inclusion and integrates this mentality when making all business decisions (both internal and external).
• Has a flexible schedule as occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
• An optician license or certification is preferred, but not required.

The hiring range for this position is $50,000 – $75,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
