Aspen Snowmass is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Four Mountain Sports for Winter 2026-27. You will lead daily store operations, drive team performance, and ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience across rental and retail locations.
You will serve as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager's absence, coach and develop team members, manage inventory and POS operations, and align staffing with seasonal priorities while maintaining store standards and safety.
