The Sales Associate supports boutique sales goals while delivering exceptional service in a luxury environment. This role focuses on building lasting client relationships, growing a loyal clientele, and supporting High Jewelry sales.
Responsibilities- Achieve sales goals through exceptional service and clienteling.
- Attend community events to generate business and invite clients and prospective clients to boutique events.
- Manage CRM initiatives, including client data, communications, gifting campaigns, and reporting.
- Support daily display setup and breakdown and maintain the boutique's aesthetic.
- Travel as required.
- Seven years of experience preferred, with a bachelor's degree or jewelry certification preferred.
- Ability to develop lasting client relationships in a fast-paced luxury environment.
- Strong in-person and written communication skills and a commitment to excellent service.
