The Sales Associate role at Kiton is a full-time, on-site position based in Aspen, CO. The Sales Associate will welcome and engage clients, provide tailored product recommendations, and deliver a high-touch luxury shopping experience aligned with Kiton’s brand values. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining in-depth knowledge of product lines, assisting with fittings and styling, processing sales transactions, and supporting inventory management and visual merchandising.

The individual in this role will build long-term client relationships, proactively follow up with clientele, and collaborate with the store team to meet and exceed sales targets. The Sales Associate will also uphold store presentation standards and support special events and trunk shows as needed.

• Strong client service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to deliver a personalized, luxury experience.
• Sales and retail expertise, including experience meeting sales goals and handling POS transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of high-end fashion, tailoring, and styling; ability to communicate garment features and craftsmanship clearly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with professional presentation and diplomacy in client interactions.
• Organizational and time-management abilities, including maintaining inventory accuracy and store standards.
• Prior experience in luxury retail or fashion is highly preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in fashion, business, or related fields is a plus.
