Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

Citadel Security USA is hiring Unarmed Special Events Security Officers to support contracted events in Aspen, Colorado. Officers will help maintain a safe, professional environment while supporting event staff, protecting property, and monitoring guest activity during live events. This role is ideal for officers who present a polished, professional appearance and can operate effectively in fast‑paced, high‑profile event settings.

• Provide a visible security presence at assigned event locations
• Conduct foot patrols throughout event spaces
• Support product protection and loss-prevention efforts
• Assist with staff and guest safety during events
• Monitor crowd activity and respond to issues per post orders
• Report incidents, safety concerns, or policy violations promptly
• Work cooperatively with event staff, supervisors, and local authorities when required

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to pass a background check in accordance with applicable Colorado state and local laws
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in dynamic environments
• Prior event or security experience preferred, but not required

• Must meet client appearance standards, which may include:
  • No visible jewelry while on duty
  • No visible tattoos while in uniform
• Must provide a professional photo for credentialing and identification purposes
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Event-based assignments (indoor and outdoor venues)
• Schedule varies by contract and event needs
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required
