- Capable in rough carpentry both wood and metal framing (layout, wood framed walls and floors, capable of framing openings, installing backing and blocking, installing roof blocking.
- Specifically framing temporary walls and hanging plastic this fall
- Hanging doors and frames
- Operate equipment (skid steer and telehandler)
- Bilingual is a huge plus (English & Spanish)
- OSHA 10 and are knowledgeable in commercial construction safety
