BMN is op zoek naar een hoofd bouwshop in Assen. Je stuurt een enthousiast team aan en beheert de bouwshop van A tot Z. Je hebt affiniteit met bouwmaterialen, contacten met leveranciers en klanten, en levert een duidelijke visie op operationele processen.
Met een MBO+ denkniveau en ervaring in soortgelijke functies ben je klaar om structuur aan te brengen, sales te stimuleren en efficiëntie te verhogen. Een uitdagende, hands-on rol binnen een ervaren BMN-team wacht op jou.
