BANPD zoekt een projectsecretaris die overzicht houdt en structuur aanbrengt in de Havenkwartier gebiedsontwikkeling. Je ondersteunt de projectregisseur en het team bij voorbereiding, uitvoering en monitoring en zorgt dat informatie en besluiten op tijd bij de juiste mensen terechtkomen.
Je bewaakt planningen, dossiers en communicatie met bewoners, ondernemers en betrokken partijen. Daarnaast ben je actief betrokken bij aanbestedingen, contractvorming en risico- en kwaliteitsbewaking (GROTIK).
