Een logistiek bedrijf in Assen zoekt een ervaren Customer Service Employee. In deze rol ben je de schakel tussen klanten en het Sales team, met verantwoordelijkheden in het order-to-leveringsproces. Vereist zijn MBO+ / HBO werk- en denkniveau, sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een goede beheersing van Engels en Nederlands. Je biedt ondersteuning bij het verbeteren van processen, adviseert klanten en zorgt voor een vloeiende orderverwerking.
